Local Clubs and Groups - Luncheon Club

WEDNESDAY LUNCHEON CLUB

The luncheon Club will be meeting at East Boldre Village Hall every Wednesday at 12.15 p.m. for 12.30 p.m.

Senior Citizens who live in the united Benefice of Beaulieu Exbury and East Boldre are most welcome to join us. The cost of a two course meal is £3.20 followed by a cup of tea or coffee for 10p.

Sample Menu:

Main course - Roast Lamb, Roast Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables, Cauliflower, Gravy.

Dessert - Ginger Sponge Pudding with Custard.

Every summer we have an outing. Last summer we terrorised the Brambridge Garden Centre. This was followed by a journey on the Watercress Line and we steamed from Alresford to Alton and on the way back we indulged in the extravagance of a superb cream tea.

If you would like to come to the luncheon club please telephone me, Marigold, by the previous Sunday as your meal has to be specially ordered first thing on Monday morning.
